Enhanced safety measures with electronic DGNs
In line with DP World's commitment to health and safety, hauliers are encouraged to submit Dangerous Goods Notes (DGNs) electronically.
This shift to digital DGNs, effective from 18th February 2025, minimises the risks associated with pedestrian interactions around heavy goods vehicles.
VBS premium feature: greater flexibility for our clients
The introduction of a new function within VBS Premium, launched on 19th February 2025, offers our clients increased flexibility.
This feature allows for a one-hour extension on bookings obtained within the current working hour, providing additional time for arrivals and check-ins at the PreGate area.
This flexibility is crucial in accommodating unforeseen delays, ensuring that our clients' schedules are adhered to with minimal disruption.
