Our Devanning Services

Our devanning operation is based at our Botley site in Southampton, where goods can be loaded, palletised, wrapped and re-loaded in a controlled, clean environment, ensuring seamless delivery to the end client on time and in the condition our most demanding customers expect.

  • Container Arrival & Unloading

    Our container unloading process is a well-coordinated effort - our team have experience in removing goods from containers through a combination of manual labour and the use of specialist lifting equipment. We are able to handle a wide range of goods, from bulky items, to delicate or specialist loads that require extra attention.

Devanning FAQ

  • In most cases, yes.  We kindly ask that full details of the cargo is provided to us in advance (weights, dimensions, any special lifting requirements, etc). 

  • We can devan many types of trailers or units, including containers, flat racks, flat beds, curtain-siders and box trailers.

  • Photographs and diagrams are always welcome when it comes to planning a de-van.  This helps us to prepare our team and ensure the correct equipment / process is made available for the job.
