Our drivers complete a full vehicle safety check before departing. Regarding curtain or box trailer loads, our driver will also ensure the load is secure and safe for transport before leaving the site.

Devanning FAQ

In most cases, yes. We kindly ask that full details of the cargo is provided to us in advance (weights, dimensions, any special lifting requirements, etc).

We can devan many types of trailers or units, including containers, flat racks, flat beds, curtain-siders and box trailers.

Photographs and diagrams are always welcome when it comes to planning a de-van. This helps us to prepare our team and ensure the correct equipment / process is made available for the job.
Warehousing & storage FAQ

Pallets FAQ

As well as stocking standard, Euro and plastic pallets, we are able to offer a bespoke service if you require a pallet specification outside of the norm. We can also provide 4-way and 2-way pallets, as well as pallet collars.

Yes all our pallets heat treated / kiln-dried.

No, there is no minimum or maximum number of pallets that you can order from us.

Typically, our pallets are available for delivery / pick-up within 24-hours of an order being placed.
Re-works FAQ

We understand that every project is different when it comes to reworks and quality control. We provide a fully bespoke, customisable service for every case. So please contact us so we can work with you to provide the exact service you require.

In most cases, we would charge on a per unit basis, but this will be reviewed and agreed depending on the details and requirements of the specific project.

Yes. Project requirements will be discussed in detail at the time of quoting, so we can ensure we are able to commit to completing your project in the time required.
